Going to be involved in the VINTAGE AT SOUTHBANK CENTRE festival (29-31 July) - conducting cycling tours around the locations of three classic Ealing comedies - HUE & CRY, THE LAVENDER HILL MOB and PASSPORT TO PIMLICO. Tally-Ho! Cycle tours have mapped out safe routes and more details can be found on their site. Should be great fun - all the films are playing at the festival of course! Thanks to the Guardian for this timely video. Also interviewed from Ealing by Mark Dolan for Sky’s 35MM.

Also developing a tour celebrating films and television episodes made in and around The Royal Albert Hall. If it happens it will be a splendid opportunity to go around this magnificent building while talking about such works as EXCUSE MY GLOVE, THE MAN WHO KNEW TOO MUCH, MAN IN A SUITCASE and SPICE WORLD - to name four disparate works which used the interior of the Hall.
